Suspect: No recollection of double killing near Vegas Strip
LAS VEGAS » A police report says an ex-convict accused of killing two women and critically wounding a man in a car-to-car shooting near the Las Vegas Strip told detectives he was too drunk and high on marijuana to remember anything.
Omar Jamal Talley told a judge today he needs time to hire a lawyer to represent him on felony murder, attempted murder and weapon charges in the early Friday shooting.
His next court date is March 2.
Police say security video shows Talley fighting with Jerraud Jackson in a parking garage at the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood minutes before the shooting on Harmon Avenue.
Jennifer Chicas and Melissa Mendoza were killed.
Jackson underwent surgery for a wound to the lower torso. He’s recovering at a Las Vegas hospital.

He could teach a class on selective memory.
He knows the effects of excess alcohol consumption and failed to heed it.
His gun committed the crime and it should be punished accordingly.
Judge please save time and rescorses , do not do the obvious …lawyer games thank you
