Firefighters work to extinguish a brush fire that closed part of Fort Barrette Road in Kapolei.
Police have reopened Fort Barrette Road in Kapolei after a section of it was closed due to a brush fire.
Fort Barrette was closed in both directions between Farrington Highway and Kamaaha Avenue just before 4 p.m.
Police reopened the road at about 4:17 p.m.
The brush fire is on Fort Barrette near the archery range.
