Share remembrances of Dec. 7, 1941

The dwindling ranks of survivors, witnesses and World War II veterans this year again will remember the attack on Pearl Harbor, 75 years after it plunged America into the war on Dec. 7, 1941.

The Honolulu Star-Advertiser will commemorate the anniversary with complete coverage of planned events, as well as in-depth stories and analyses on the impact on Hawaii and the nation. We will also publish a special section that will include firsthand accounts from those directly affected by the tragedy, recounting what happened in the chaos of the attack and its aftermath. If you’d like to share memories and recollections, email your story to Maureen O’Connell, moconnell@staradvertiser.com. Please include your full name and a telephone number.
