Kamaaina-kine clean in Canada
Big Kahuna’s Carwash & Laundromat at Wabamun Lake in Alberta, Canada, was a picture-worthy sight for Hawaii residents Jennifer Ho, left; her daughter, Kalaya Ho; and her mother, Pat Wood. They spotted the sign of Hawaiian life on a summer trip to the lakeside community not far from Edmonton. “We loved this cheerful tribute to Hawaii,” said Wood, whose husband, Norm, took the photo. Pat and Norm live in Kahaluu and Jennifer and Kalaya live in Nuuanu.
