Officer shoots nude man trying to lure children
Jackson, Miss. » A Jackson, Mississippi, police officer has shot a man who authorities say was naked and trying to lure children.
Police spokesman Tyree Jones said in a news release that the incident occurred Sunday afternoon after police responded to a call about a nude man inside a white car trying to get children into his vehicle.
Jones says that when officials arrived, the suspect put his vehicle in reserve and sped backward to try to hit one of the officers. One of the officers shot at the car, striking the suspect.
The man was taken to the hospital. His condition is unknown.
The officer who shot the suspect will be placed on administrative leave during the investigation. Authorities haven’t released the race of either the officer or the suspect.

You should move to a country with censorship or a state-controlled media if American freedoms are to much for you. The news in such places will constantly tell you how a great and problem free they are. You’ll love it.

Race has nothing to do about being naked and attempting to hurt children. The ethnicity of the officer and suspect are irrelevant. Same race or not, responding officer was threatened by a fleeing suspect and used force necessary.
Adding race to the report doesn’t change the facts and would be irresponsible reporting. Don’t care what the guy’s race was. He was acting inappropriately, officers intervened, and the suspect attempted to run over the officers with a motor vehicle.

Cops ALWAYS say the driver drove right at them so as to justify shooting at them. I’d bet my bottom dollar this pervert was just trying to get away. Nobody tries to run over a cop. They shot him, probably due to the type of crime he was reported to be attempting.
