The Kaneohe-bound lanes of the H-3 freeway were closed after multiple accidents this morning.

Multiple accidents this morning prompted police to close all lanes of the H-3 in the Kaneohe-bound direction.

HPD sent out an alert just before 10:30 a.m. that the H-3 Kaneohe-bound lanes were “completely closed” before the tunnel due to multiple accidents. There were no immediate reports of serious injuries.

The freeway was reopened around 11:30 a.m.
