A man believed to be in his 60s or 70s was in critical condition Sunday after he was found unresponsive in the River Street canal.
Firefighters retrieved the man from the canal and Emergency Medical Services personnel performed advanced life support before transporting the man to a local trauma center.
The incident was reported at 4:30 p.m. No further details are yet available.
