Teen boy arrested after allegedly kidnapping woman in Kalihi
A 14-year-old boy was arrested Saturday after he kidnapped a 19-year-old woman in Kalihi, police said.
The woman told police the boy had threatened her with a knife and prevented her from leaving his home on March 24.
Police located the boy Saturday and arrested him just after midnight for investigation of first-degree terroristic threatening and kidnapping.
