Man arrested for allegedly choking woman
Police arrested a 25-year-old man in Waikiki this morning for allegedly choking a woman.
Police said the suspect got into a verbal argument with a 24-year-old female victim and restricted her airway, causing bodily injury. Police were called and the suspect was arrested for suspicion of abusing a family or household member by strangulation, a Class C felony.
