Injured victim in Kalihi robbery IDs suspect to police

A 58-year-old woman who was injured during a Kalihi robbery in May saw her alleged assailant on Tuesday and notified police, who arrested a 30-year-old man on suspicion of second-degree robbery.

On May 5, the suspect allegedly used physical force and demanded money from the victim, then fled, police said. The victim suffered minor injuries and complained of pain.

At 11:10 a.m. Tuesday, the woman saw the suspect and contacted police.
