Hawaiian Airlines said it will waive reservation change fees for customers traveling on its flights or the airlines’ codeshare flights to, from or via Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood and Orlando international airports between today and Sept. 17 for customers affected by Hurricane Irma.

According to airline officials, the waiver applies to customers subject to the following conditions:

>> Affected flights are originally scheduled for travel on or before Sept. 17.

>> Change must be rebooked and ticketed for new flights on ot before Sept. 19. For changes made to new flights on or before Sept. 19, any resulting difference in fare will be waived provided the change is made to same class of service and there is no change in origin and destination.

>> Normal refund rules will apply.

Customers needing assistance should call the airlines’ reservations desk at (800) 367-5320. Travelers should monitor the company’s website at HawaiianAirlines.com for updates on status of flights this week, officials said.
