Police arrest 2nd suspect in Waianae home invasion

Police arrested a second suspect in connection with a home invasion robbery in Waianae.

Kaylen L. Stafford was arrested in the Nuuanu area shortly before 2:30 a.m. today on suspicion of first-degree robbery and two counts of criminal contempt of court.

A bench warrant was issued for Stafford after an Oahu grand jury indicted him and another man, Jonah Iona, with robbery. The crime occurred on Sept. 1.

Stafford’s bail is set at $300,000.

Police arrested Iona, 20, on Sept. 3.
