Hiker seriously injured after fainting at Manoa Falls
Emergency Medical Services transported a 66-year-old woman to a hospital after she fainted while hiking at Manoa Falls.
EMS said the woman lost consciousness and fell forward, causing injury to her head at about 12:15 p.m. Monday.
Paramedics treated and transported the hiker to a trauma hospital in serious condition.
