Wellness info, resources at senior fair Friday
The second annual Senior Health & Wellness Fair in Honolulu is just around the corner with workshops, informational booths and medical tests — all for free.
There will be information on flower, massage and tea therapy, reducing the risk of falls and free blood pressure, hearing and vision screenings.
Presentations include:
>> 9 a.m.: Less Medication and More Health
>> 9:30 a.m.: Control Pain and Inflammation with Less Drugs
>> 10 a.m.: You Have More Control Over Not Getting Cancer
>> 10:30 a.m.: 7 Steps to Anti- Aging
The event runs from 9 to 11 a.m. Friday at the Lanakila Multi-Purpose Senior Center, 1640 Lanakila Ave.
