Jason Koutsiukos was wanted by the FBI.

The FBI in Honolulu arrested a man wanted for alleged fraud after he turned himself into authorities late Friday night.

Jason Koutsiukos, 34, is wanted for conspiracy to commit identity document fraud and access device fraud, FBI officials said. He is described as 6 feet and 220 pounds, with blonde hair and green eyes. His last known location was at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport, where he unsuccessfully attempted to purchase a ticket on a Hawaiian Airlines flight, according to the FBI.

FBI officials said they believed he was in Waikiki and may have stayed at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel under an alias.

Originally from Arizona, Koutsiukos is known to have numerous fraudulent identities in his possession. He has also gone by the name of Jason Babb and other aliases. He has two previous felony convictions for theft and forgery of a credit card, the FBI said.
