Man charged in Waikiki assault
Prosecutors charged a 42-year-old man with first-degree assault today for an assault in Waikiki.
Police arrested Scott Jaggers at 5:03 a.m. Sunday after he allegedly struck a 37-year-old man at 3:58 a.m. that day.
Jaggers’ bail was set at $11,000.
