16-year-old suspected of knifepoint robbery in Kapalama
Police arrested a 16-year-old boy who allegedly robbed at knifepoint a 17-year-old boy for his earphones and watch.
The younger boy demanded the items, then allegedly threatened the older boy with a knife and punched him twice in the face, police said.
The suspect then took the 17-year-old’s watch and fled.
The robbery occurred at 8:55 a.m. today.
Officers located the suspect and arrested him on suspicion of first-degree robbery.
The victim declined medical attention, though he complained of pain.
