Honolulu police reopened the right two lanes of the westbound H-1 freeway after the Pearl City offramp following an earlier car crash.
Police said a trailer carrying a boat detached was from a truck around 11:30 a.m.
Two men, ages 53 and 73, refused treatment, according to Emergency Medical Services.
