Police have arrested six more women in connection with an ongoing investigation into massage parlors, relaxation spas and prostitution in Honolulu.

Tok Sim Kwon, 60, turned herself in at the main police headquarters late Thursday night, police said.

Police also arrested Jin Ying Chen, 39, Chin Su Lim, 41, Sun Im Snell, 71, Chong Ae Bae, 66 and Ku Hui Phillips, also known as Ku Hui Remiticado, 54, on Wednesday.

Yea Soon Kim, 53, was arrested Wednesday morning in the Ala Moana area around the time of a raid at Kison Health Shiatsu Therapy Center at 1296 S. Beretania St. Authorities executed a search warrant and seized evidence from the massage center. No one was arrested at Kison at the time of the raid.

The seven women are among 11 people indicted Tuesday by an Oahu grand jury on 23 counts of prostitution, criminal conspiracy to promote prostitution and unlawful ownership or operation of a business.

Police and federal Homeland Security officers assisted the Department of the Prosecuting Attorney with Wednesday’s raid which is a part of a larger investigation into massage parlors and relaxation spas.

Kison had initially been listed on the indictment but was subsequently removed.
