VIDEO: Hawaii volunteers sew lei to remember and honor fallen heroes

Volunteers made lei Friday at “Sew a Lei” at Honolulu Hale. “Sew a Lei” workshops were held around the island in preparation for Memorial Day. The lei will be used to adorn the estimated 38,000 grave sites at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific at Punchbowl.
