Makakilo man missing for nearly 2 weeks, police say
Honolulu police are renewing a request to the public for information on the whereabouts of a 76-year-old man who has been missing for nearly two weeks.
Milton Ishii was last seen leaving his Makakilo home about 8:30 a.m. Nov. 26. He is known to frequent the Kapolei and Waipahu areas.
Police said his family and friends are concerned for his safety and well-being.
Ishii’s son told the Honolulu Star-Advertiser his father has dementia and is supposed to take medication daily for diabetes.
Family members have been searching the area and are planning a search party from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturday if Ishii is still missing. The command center will be at Kapolei Regional Park. More info can be found here.
Ishii is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall, 145 pounds with white hair and brown eyes.
