Police seek 2 suspects after Waianae restaurant robbery

Honolulu police have opened a first-degree robbery investigation that took place at a restaurant in Waianae Tuesday.

The Honolulu Police Department said two masked male suspects entered the establishment at about 10:45 a.m. and used physical force to take unspecified property.

Employees tried to stop them when one of the suspects allegedly brandished a handgun.

Police said the suspects then fled the scene. No injuries were reported.

Police have not made any arrests at this time.
