                                <strong></strong><strong>ROADS TO THE </strong><strong>OLYMPICS</strong>: Priority lanes for vehicles involved with the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics opened early last week in Tokyo and Chiba prefecture before the start of the Games. The dedicated lanes cover about 1.5 miles around the National Stadium in Shinjuku ward, Makuhari Messe in Chiba city and the Ariake district in Tokyo, where many Olympic venues are concentrated. The routes were painted just a day before being opened.
