Honolulu Police are on scene at Ohia Waikiki Studio Suites in response to a barricade suspect. The stand-off began at around 2 p.m. Thursday afternoon resulting with the HPD Specialized Services Division dispatched along with crisis negotiators. Kuhio Avenue was closed from Royal Hawaiian Avenue to Nahua Street.
