Child & Family Service working to break generational poverty in Hawaii
Child & Family Service is working to break generational poverty in Hawaii by sharing the results of a pilot program called “Transition to Success” that dramatically improved the lives of participants in Kauai and Maui by empowering them to make a map of dreams that sets their own priorities.
