» Noted Honolulu architect Spencer Leine­weber died June 20. A Page B3 story Wednesday said she died June 21.

» The 86-year-old man killed after being struck by a moped in a Hono­lulu crosswalk was the 13th pedestrian fatality on Oahu this year. A graphic on Page A18 Friday said there have been 12 pedestrian fatalities in 2015. Also, the story misstated the site of the collision. It was on South King Street, not McCully Street.
