Wolfgang's Steakhouse's $12.95 lunch specials are available through September.

Burgers were such at hit at Wolfgang’s Steakhouse during National Hamburger Month in May that one extension led to another, and now four new casual lunch specials are being offered through Sept. 30. First, there’s the "Wolf-Burger," a one-third-pound prime burger served with both french fries and onion rings. Other choices: mahimahi fish and chips, or a mahi sandwich and tropical chop salad. Each is priced at $12.95. The restaurant is in the Royal Hawaiian Center. Reserve at 922-3600 or online at www.opentable.com

Pizza break: Harbor Pub, at 1765 Ala Moana Blvd., is celebrating its 30th anniversary with rollback prices on its pizzas. Any small pizza will be $8.80 (8/8/80 was its opening day) through Sept. 9, when meeting the conditions of one per person, per day, for dine-in customers only, and excluding holidays. Choices would include the Harbor Combo pizza, vegetarian combo, pepperoni, Portuguese sausage pizza, taco pizza, Sicilian (garlic and anchovies), BBQ chicken and more. Call 941-0985.

Statehood Day discount: If you happen to be on Maui today, Hula Grill Kaanapali is celebrating statehood by offering a 25 percent kamaaina discount off food all day long. Just show a valid Hawaii state ID. Items on the menu range from locally inspired fire-grilled ahi served with soy-ginger butter sauce to classic dishes such as prime New York steak with truffle roasted potatoes. The discount may not be used with any other promotion. The restaurant is in Whalers Village on Maui. Call 667-6636 or visit www.hulagrill.com

Hey, shutterbugs!: Three local restaurants — Tasty Chop Suey, Wo Fat and Lau Yee Chai — have been selected by the Smithsonian Institution to be part of an exhibit showing how Chinese food is an integral part of American history. New York, San Francisco and Honolulu were selected as destinations for gathering photos, menus, dishes and anything else bearing business logos of the restaurants selected. The family behind Tasty Chop Suey is searching for any photos taken of the restaurant on its original North King Street site Ewa of the current First Hawaiian Bank, as well as its current 1606 Gulick Ave. location.
