» A Sunday letter to the editor on Page F3 by Robert H. Cowie should have said that banana slugs are not among species of slugs and snails that can carry the rat lungworm parasite. It was edited to say banana slugs are not among species that can carry the rat lungworm virus.

» Rail construction-related closures on Farrington Highway in West Oahu, expected to take place through April, were scheduled to start at 10 p.m. on Nov. 25. A Page B2 article Sunday said those closures would start at 10 a.m.
