Punahou School teachers Tedd Landgraf of Honolulu and Tyra Shimabuku of Mililani found a shop that offers Bubbies mochi ice cream in the Old Town area of Stockholm on March 28. Bubbies Homemade Ice Cream and Desserts was founded in Hawaii 30 years ago.
