    My internal conflict, involves the economy versus too much vertical concrete structures.

    One day, we will find out, if all of our vertical concrete structures, are earthquake proof, tsunami proof, and volcano proof. Natural disasters are either in a millennium or century.

    Next, who will buy these structures, who will live in these structures, and who will build and/or work in these structures?

    Ko’Olina is a well planned and managed development and it means more jobs for people in west Oahu.
