Boy, 14, arrested in beating of another boy, 12, at a Waipahu school
A 14-year-old boy who helped beat a 12-year-old boy at a Waipahu school was arrested for investigation of assault.
Police said an argument between the victim, the 14-year-old boy, and a third boy about 1:30 p.m. Wednesday escalated to the 14-year-old holding the victim while the third boy assaulted him.
Officers identified and arrested the 14-year-old about 12:30 p.m. Thursday. Police were still looking for the second suspect.
