Firefighters rescue injured hiker on Manoa trail
Honolulu fire rescue personnel assisted a male hiker who suffered a leg injury Sunday after falling from a tree on Manoa Falls Trail.
Eleven firefighters from three companies responded to the 4:23 p.m. emergency call.
The firefighters located the man, believed to be in his 30s, then transported him to the trail head, where paramedics were waiting.
