Man charged with kidnapping, terroristic threatening
A 32-year-old Kalihi man was being held on $100,000 bail after being charged Saturday night with kidnapping and three counts of terroristic threatening.
Police said Chester Cabang allegedly threatened a 28-year-old woman and a 53-year-old man with a dangerous instrument at Kamehamea IV road home 6:07 p.m. Friday. He was arrested at the scene for kidnapping, terroristic threatening and possession of a butterfly knife.
