Suspect allegedly resists arrest, flees after traffic stop

A 39-year-old man allegedly resisted arrest and fled after police tried to take him into custody for an outstanding warrant.

Police said officers pulled him over in Keeaumoku on a traffic stop on Wednesday in the Keeaumoku area and discovered the arrest warrant.

But when officers tried to arrest him, the man allegedly resisted and ran away.

Officers caught up with him and arrested him for escape.

If you have a warrant you should especially drive within the limits, check your car to make sure ALL of the lights work, use your turn signals, make full stops, don't run red lights, etc. I did all of that when I was working and if I had a drink after work--I know I wasn't drunk--but if you check how these breathalyzers work--you gotta be careful.
