"Lost" got lost in a rush of newcomers.

Although nominated in a dozen categories at the 62nd Primetime Emmy Awards, including outstanding drama series, ABC’s "Lost" received only one of the coveted statues for its final season — outstanding single-camera picture editing for a drama series, which was announced last week.

Several of the show’s most recognizable actors were nominated. "Lost" star Matthew Fox (Jack Shephard) was nominated for outstanding lead actor in a drama series, and regulars Terry O’Quinn (John Locke) and Michael Emerson (Ben Linus) for outstanding supporting actor in a drama series.

Elizabeth Mitchell (as Juliet Burke) also was nominated for outstanding guest actress in a drama series.

"Lost," which was based in Hawaii, won 10 Emmys during its six-season run, including best drama series in 2005.
