Truck backs over, kills Oahu farm worker
A man who appears to have been in his 60s died when a truck apparently backed into him at Aloun Farms in Ewa around mid-day today.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics around 12:54 p.m., a spokesman for the city Department of Emergency Services said.
The incident happened near a cattle gate off Ka Uka Boulevard, an officer with the Honolulu Police Department’s Traffic Division said.
Officers were sent out about 1:30 p.m.
