» Josiah Darcy Fay, whose mother was kept on life support so that she could give birth to him after she was declared brain-dead, was born Dec. 12, 2005. A Page B2 story yesterday reported the date was Dec. 13.

» Tia Carrere is nominated for a Grammy in the Hawaiian music category for her album "Huana ke Aloha," which was produced by Daniel Ho. An article and photo caption on Page D5 Tuesday said both were nominated for the album. Ho, however, is nominated for a solo album, "Polani."
