Vulcans fall in baseball series finale
Academy of Art pushed across six runs in the bottom of the second inning with the help of two Hawaii-Hilo errors and held on for a 9-5 victory yesterday in the finale of a PacWest baseball series in Oakland, Calif.
The Vulcans are now 9-14 for the season, 5-9 in conference. The Urban Knights are 4-26 and 4-15.
