Police are investigating a double stabbing during a fight in Kapalama that left two men in critical condition this morning.

The altercation happened near Kamehameha Shopping Center at Likelike Highway and School Street about 2:45 a.m., an Emergency Medical Services supervisor said.

Police said a caller reported two men fighting about 2:30 a.m. Officers found a man in his 20s and a man in his 30s with injuries. A knife was seen.

Detectives opened two second-degree attempted-murder cases.
