A 15-year-old boy recognized an 18 year-old Makiki man who allegedly tried to rob him earlier this month and called police, who arrested the suspect Wednesday.
Police said the suspect approached the victim on Aug. 21 and threatened the juvenile when he refused to turn over his property.
The victim saw the suspect at Makiki District Park at about 3:45 p.m. Wednesday, police said.
