1,300 Waipio customers without power for nearly an hour
About 1,300 customers along Ka Uka Boulevard in Waipio were without power for about an hour this evening.
The outage was first reported in the area near the Waipio Costco about 7:10 p.m.
Hawaiian Electric Co. crews were able to restore power by 8 p.m.
