Honolulu police are looking for a bank robbery suspect described as five feet, four inches tall, weighing about 130 pounds, wearing a gray jacket and pants, dark gloves and black nylon netting on her hair. She is suspected of attempting to rob the Territorial Savings Bank in the Ala Moana Shopping Center Wednesday at about 3 p.m. pants, dark gloves, black nylon net on hair.

There were attempted robberies at two different Oahu banks this week and police are looking at the possibility that the same woman may have committed both crimes.
At about 3 p.m. Wednesday, a woman walked into the Ala Moana Shopping Center branch of Territorial Savings Bank and tried to enter an area restricted for tellers, police said. When she demanded money and stated she had a weapon, she left when confronted by a bank employee.
The woman is described as in her 20s, about 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing about 130 pounds and having brown eyes. She was wearing a gray jacket, gray pants, dark gloves and a black nylon net on her hair.
At about 12:55 p.m. Tuesday, a woman walked into the Wahiawa branch of First Hawaiian Bank, approached a teller, stated she had a weapon and demanded money, police said. She left the California Avenue bank when she was approached by the bank manager and asked to leave.
Police did not offer a detailed description of the suspect in the second case. But Sgt. Kim Buffett of CrimeStoppers said the woman has “the same description” as the suspect in the first case.
Police are looking at the possibility that the same woman committed both crimes, Buffett said. In neither case did the woman leave with any cash, she said.
