Police look for missing man who needs medication

Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a 61-year-old man, who is suffering from early signs of dementia and a medical condition that requires daily medication, and was last seen Sunday near the Moanalua Golf Course. 

Masakazu Toguchi was last seen at noon Sunday in the area of Ala Iolani Place near the Moanalua Golf Course. 

He is described as Japanese, 5 feet 3 inches tall and 131 pounds, with a gray crew cut and he was wearing a gray T-shirt, gray shorts and sandals
