Road repairs and utility maintenance work on the Pali Highway caused major headaches for Oahu motorists Wednesday.
The state transportation department said there are lane closures on Pali Highway in both directions between Nuuanu Pali Drive and Jack Lane/Akamu Place for road repairs from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. through Friday. Traffic is reduced to one lane in either direction at times.
Also from Castle Junction on the Windward side, lanes are closed on Pali Highway in both directions between Kamehameha Highway and the Nuuanu Pali Drive from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Wednesday for utility maintenance. Traffic is reduced to one lane in either direction at times.
