The ACC team will face a school from the American Athletic Conference, the splinter conference formed from the old Big East.
This year’s game is set to feature teams from the ACC and Conference USA on Dec. 27.
The Military Bowl is moving to Navy’s stadium in Annapolis, Md., this year after five years at RFK Stadium in Washington, D.C.
