Hawaii police looking for escaped Hale Nani inmate
Hawaii County police and state sheriffs are looking for a 27-year-old man who walked away from the Hale Nani work furlough facility.
It was the second case this week.
Kalaikona Fukuhara left the facility about 8:30 p.m. Friday, the state Department of Public Safety said.
Fukuhara, who was serving time for burglary, is 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighs 160 lbs and has brown hair and brown eyes. Anyone sees him or knows where he may be is urged to contact Hawaii police.
On Friday, Hawaii Island police arrested a 46-year-old Kona man who last seen at Hale Nani at 2 a.m. Thursday.
South Hilo patrol officers arrested Sean Duyser of Kailua-Kona in Hilo at 11 a.m.

Duyser was serving a sentence for a misdemeanor theft conviction.
Hale Nani is a community based reintegration program located five miles from the Hawaii Community Correctional Center.
