Traffic backed up on the Moanalua Freeway near Fort Shafter in the town-bound direction after a stalled truck and oil spill closed two lanes Thursday morning.
Honolulu police reopened two lanes of the Moanalua Freeway in the town-bound direction, just before the Middle Street overpass as crews removed a stalled truck and cleaned an oil spill.
The incident happened at about 7:30 a.m. and the lanes were reopened by 10:10 a.m.
