Benjamin Zablan was charged with first-degree robbery on Wednesday.

A second man has been arrested in connection with a robbery at City Mill in Kaimuki, during which one of the men allegedly swung a machete at employees.

Ethan Kelly, 30, who has no local address, was arrested at 4:20 p.m. Wednesday on suspicion of second-degree robbery, resisting arrest, and a warrant. He was arrested on Papipi Road in Ewa Beach.

On Wednesday, a grand jury returned an indictment charging Kelly and his alleged accomplice, Benjamin Zablan, in connection with the July 31 City Mill robbery. Kelly was charged with second-degree robbery and Zablan was charged with first-degree robbery.

Police said two men entered the City Mill about 7:55 p.m., took merchandise and left without paying. When two employees confronted the men in the parking lot, one suspect brandished a machete and swung it repeatedly.
