Police recover officer’s vehicle stolen in Salt Lake

Police have recovered an unmarked police car containing uniforms and equipment that was stolen overnight in a neighborhood near the Aloha Stadium. 

The white sport utility vehicle with the officer’s badge, protective vest, radio and extra uniforms inside was taken late Thursday or early Friday morning. 

The vehicle was recovered Friday morning in Aiea with all of the officer’s equipment. The officer’s firearm was not among the items taken. 

No arrests have been made.
