Hawaii County police seek help in finding stolen musical instruments
Hawaii County police are asking for the public’s help in finding a pair of traditional Chinese musical instruments stolen from a Puna home.
Police said the instruments taken sometime between March and August from a Hawaiian Paradise Park subdivision were a pipa, which is a wooden pear-shaped four-stringed instrument, and a Chinese violin, a wooden two-stringed bowed instrument.
Anyone with information about the instruments is asked to call the police non-emergency line at 935-3311 or officer Daniel Tam at 965-2716.
Anonymous tipsters may call CrimeStoppers at 961-8300.

My dogs will keep an ear open for who ever is going to play it.
It makes such a horrendous sound I’m sure your dogs will be successful in locating it.
